Italian Adventures: Cheese & More Cheese

We stopped at an organic family cheese farm called Verdi Pascoli. The owners did not speak english so we had a translator on hand guiding us through the tour of the fantastic goat cheese making operations.

After the tour we had a feast of cheeses, hung out and laughed.
